MARNI: THE PRE FALL COLLECTION, 2012
This is what we like to refer to as organised chaos, or the bag lady’s day to night glamour. The well heeled bag lady you see as the day progresses, doesn’t merely change from one outfit to anither but instead adds to her look. So she’ll start with a nice two tone legging and a little fur something for her morning bike ride and then maybe add a different top, and then a skirt, prefererably something tulle that sticks out and then some baubles and maybe some sleek leather and then yet more fur till come cocktail hour she looks like a bit like a five year old Princess dream come real/ luxurious pina colada in forward muted off colours that ake her look more grown up than raided dressing up box and a just a little bonkers. A gin and tonic is just as important an accessory as the right hand bag here.
